At Totten Computers, we don’t just “flip” technology—we engineer it for longevity. Every pre-owned system undergoes a rigorous 7-day stress test before it reaches your hands. To give you total peace of mind, we back every pre-owned purchase with our 30-Day Hardware Warranty.

What is Covered?

If any internal hardware component fails within the first 30 days of ownership, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This includes:

• Internal Components: Motherboards, CPUs, RAM, Power Supplies, and Graphics Cards.

• Storage Drives: Hard drives or SSDs that fail under normal use.

• Our Labor: You will never be charged for the time it takes to fix a warranty-covered hardware issue.

How it Works

Because we are local, you don’t have to deal with shipping labels or call centers. If you experience a hardware issue:

1. Contact us immediately via email or phone.

2. We will arrange a time to pick up the device or meet you within our South Bend/Mishawaka/Elkhart/Osceola service area.

3. We will diagnose the issue and get your tech back to you as quickly as possible.
