I’ve been fortunate to call South Bend home for over 30 years, and one truth defines our community: we rally together to solve problems. That passion for local solutions is what inspired me to create Totten Computers. I’ve personally seen the immense positive impact that dedicated, local help can have, and there’s no better feeling than providing a successful solution that a client didn’t think was possible. This business is built on that commitment to service.
While our area doesn’t have a technology deficiency, I believe too many people are paying more than they should and aren’t getting the dedicated service they deserve. It makes me genuinely angry to see clients being taken advantage of simply because they don’t understand technology—and that’s okay, you shouldn’t have to be a tech expert! Our mission is to fix this by offering honest, transparent, and expert service that is centered on your needs.
My dedication to technology is lifelong. I’ve been a computer enthusiast since I was 11, teaching myself to program the Commodore 64. I earned my Computer Science degree in 2004, spent 12 years in local computer repair, and for the last 9 years, I’ve served as the IT Specialist for a local private school.
